Henleys have a complete range of Drivetrain and Propeller Solutions from boat propellers through to control systems

Propeller Repairs

Henleys have a long history of repairing all types of marine propellers & impellers dating back to 1917.

We repair Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Bronze from 10" to 3m diameter.

Repairs are undertaken using the latest Prop Scan equipment to electronically measure the blades before and after repair to ensure all blades are within the international ISO 484/2 propeller standard tolerances.

Often customers are surprised at what can be repaired and at a fraction of the cost/ time to replace with new.

Contact us with photos of the damage to see if your propeller is repairable.

Prop Speed

Henleys staff are trained and approved Prop Speed applicators for your repaired or new propellers.

  • If you don't have time to apply the Prop Speed or if the coating on the rest of the running gear is not needing to be redone then this is a great option to get you in the water faster.

  • We apply the Prop Speed in our workshop then you collect the following morning.

  • If your coating is relatively new and you damage your propeller then we can also do touch ups of small areas to save on cost.

  • We also sell small and medium kits off the shelf.

  • Large propellers that require lifting with straps should be coated on the vessel so as to not damage the silicone coating.
