Henleys are experienced with repair of all types of marine struts in Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Bronze.

This can often be done at a fraction of the cost and time to replace with new.

Repairs are undertaken with our purpose built jig and checked with lasers to ensure correct alignment.

All repaired struts are crack tested.​​

Work can include:

- Clean off, assess for true, crack test and report for survey or insurance.

- Straighten strut, final crack test.

- Weld repairs.

- Bore repair.

- Mounting holes repair.

- Replacement strut bolts.

- Final finishing.

- Supply and install new Thordon cutlass bearing.
