KIWI SHAFT SEAL™ released an additional safety breakthrough to its staunch list of features earlier this year.
Every unit now includes its own warning system. This includes a dash-mounted LED light + alarm sounder that alerts the skipper if the shaft seal is to ever over heat.
This warning system will activate when the ‘KSS’ is compromised due to lack of water flow/coolant. Enabling a safe assessment & return to dock.
A must have when considering installing a new shaft seal.
